Becoming an Affiliate of Walldaddy.com
You will complete a small form giving us basic information about you and your company. We take the information you provide on good faith. We will then contact you and let you know of your acceptance or rejection. If you are rejected a reason will be stated. Below are some of the reasons an affiliate application may be rejected. Applications are approved at our sole discretion. This list is some of the more outstanding reasons why an application is refused.

Web sites/businesses that promote violence
Web sites/businesses that discriminate
Web sites/businesses that infringe intellectual rights
Web sites/businesses that try to use a variation of Walldaddy.com
Web sites/businesses that promote sexually explicit/adult material

We do not support or tolerate spam with the use of our name
At no time shall an affiliate pose as a representative of Walldaddy.com.
At no time shall an affiliate misrepresent Walldaddy.com through our URL, Links, Logo or Intellectual Property.
At no time will we tolerate sales being made using programs, devices, robots, Iframe, frames, redirects or other such technologies to misrepresent Walldaddy.com

If for any reason and at our sole discretion if we feel you are operating inconsistently with our intentions for this program your affiliation with Walldaddy.com will be terminated.

Links
In order for us to properly track which affiliate consumers are coming from we offer special links that are obtained from the Affiliate control panel. You must use a link, banner or graphic supplied by Walldaddy.com from this Affiliate control panel. Links may not be altered or adjusted. We are not liable to you for any moneys with respect to failure by you to use our special links.

Orders
Walldaddy.com processes all orders from start to finish. The affiliate’s position is simply to drive traffic to the site. Once a consumer is on our site we take care of the entire order processing and give the affiliate their commission.

Commissions and Payout
You will get a 10% commision check when you payment earned commission reaches over $100. No moneys will be paid prior to reaching the minumum mark. Walldaddy.com reserves the right to withhold payouts if it deams any termds or conditions located herein were vioulated at anytime.

Modification
We hold the right to modify these terms and conditions as we see fit. It is your responsibility to stay current with the content contained herein. We will try to notify you of any policy changes but it is ultimately the affiliates responsibility to continuously check these terms and conditions.

Affiliate/Walldaddy.com Relationship
Walldaddy.com and the affiliate are independent of each other. We are not responsible or liable for any tax, fees, or other associated costs you as the affiliate may occur. You will operate as an independent contractor. Under no circumstance will you have the ability to make any decisions or authorizations on behalf of Walldaddy.com

Limitation Of Liability
We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total commission fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement within the last six (6) months.

You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Walldaddy.com and its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their directors, officers, employees, agents, shareholders, partners, members, and other owners, against any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) (any or all of the foregoing hereinafter referred to as Losses) insofar as such Losses (or actions in respect thereof) arise out of or are based on (a) any claim that your use of any trademarks infringes on any trademark, trade name, service mark, copyright, license, intellectual property, or other proprietary right of any third party, (b) any misrepresentation of a representation or warranty or breach of a covenant and agreement made by you herein, or (c) any claim related to your Website, including, without limitation, content therein not attributable to us.
